ONLINE CLASSES

my online yoga classes schedule (via zoom):

  • each Wednesday (8am) à 30 min

(morning meditation & mindful moving, vinyasa flow)

my yoga classes:

consist of pranayama (breath control), flowing stretches synchronized with the breath, strengthening exercises for the stability of the body and mind, followed by relaxation and meditation.

yoga helped me to find my inner strength in my daily life and challenging times. as I intensified my practice during the last years, I have decided to take the 200hrs yoga teacher course from Indiv Yoga in portugal in november 2021. this journey was such an important experience for me as I have learned much more about the history, philosophy, practice and teaching of yoga. as I am already experienced in teaching dance classes, I can apply in my yoga classes beneficial dance principles like body awareness, joy and conscious moving as well. yoga and dance are very much linked to each other, as I enjoy sharing and applying my knowledge in teaching both classes, as well as having the chance to learn from different people and different bodies.
